Efficient, robust, and fast, the Robot Coupe R402A Combination Processor is a reliable and time-saving investment. With both a continuous feed head and a batch bowl, you can easily chop, mince, grind, mix, and knead with just one unit. It is equipped with a cutter attachment for chopping, fine mincing, emulsions, grinding, and kneading, and a vegetable prep attachment for slicing, grating, ripple cut slicing, julienne, dicing and making french fries.
The R402 can produce 20 to 100 meals per service. The cutter function can produce up to 5.5 lbs per batch, and the vegetable slicer has a 110 lb. output.
