Eligibility for Exchange or Return
- Products must be in new, unused condition, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
- You have 180 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
- Custom products and gift cards cannot be returned.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost. All returns must be made by mail.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, refunds will be processed immediately.
- Depending on your bank, it may take up to 1 business day for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Processing
- For exchanges, once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement product will be shipped out to you.
- The exchange process is free of charge, and the new item will be shipped at no additional cost.
- You will receive an email notification with tracking information for your exchanged item.
