The Modine Commercial Effinity LP Heater is the ideal solution for heating mid-sized commercial spaces and greenhouses. This efficient heater boasts a 180,000 BTU output,  providing ample warmth for workshops, warehouses, grow rooms, and similar environments.  Fueled by Liquid Propane (LP), the Effinity is a dependable and sustainable heating option.
