Wasted $20. No tracking was available to me, the buyer. Without Malcolm’s help, I would never have known the shipment was delayed. And again, Malcolm was the only one who informed me of the shipment’s ETA.
Order was delayed due to being unavailable although I was told it was in-stock. Only Malcolm communicated with me…several times…to find and inform me with shipping updates. I paid $20 for tracked delivery but that NEVER WORKED. I was given a $50 refund due to delays. Not sure I’ll ever order from ePowergo again.
