Free Shipping

At ePower Go we offer Free Shipping on our most popular products to the lower 48 states. In order to provide the free shipping offer to as many products as possible ePower Go reserves the right to use a multitude of shipping options.

If you wish to have shipping options upgraded for an additional fee please contact our sales department at (888) 851-3898. ePower Go reserves the right to make final determinations regarding this promotion. 

Order Processing Speed

You'll receive a confirmation email from us after your order is placed containing your order number and your order receipt. Your order will typically ship out within 3 business days (not including holidays). Once shipped orders usually takes 10 business days to be delivered.

Sometimes shipments can take longer than expected due to product shortage at the manufacturer level or delayed delivery from the shipping company. You can always contact us to get an updated status on the actual ship time. If you think you need help looking for your package or would like more information, please contact us at support@epowergo.com. 

Confirmation Email

Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if you don't see it in your inbox. 

If you don't receive a confirmation email, please email support@epowergo.com with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received" and someone from our team will get in touch with you.

There are occasions where the manufacturer will be backordered on an item for an extended period of time which is beyond our control. When this occurs a member of our customer service team will contact you to give an updated status on the actual ship time.

Payment

When you place an order on our website we don't actually capture your credit card payment until the item is ready to ship. So in the event that you do cancel your order due to an extended backorder circumstance we will not have to issue a credit. 

Holiday Order Processing Speed

During holidays, in-stock orders may take a few extra days to be shipped and delivered. Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to get your astronomy equipments to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding! 

Combining Shipments

ePower Go does not combine multiple orders into a single shipment.  Each order must have an original shipment record associated with it.
