The Cru Champion is an exceptional wood-fired oven that truly lives up to its name. We chose to call it the Champion because it outperforms all other wood-fired ovens in terms of its size, quality, performance, and value. Handmade in Portugal, the Champion is built with an oven chamber that is insulated with a 1 inch ceramic blanket sandwiched between two sheets of 1mm 304 stainless steel, and encased in a 1.5mm lacquered aluminum outer shell. This robust design provides superior heat retention, allowing the oven to reach 900F in just 20 minutes, while keeping the outer shell safe to the touch. Whether you're cooking wood-fired pizza, steaks, breads, seafood, or anything else, the Cru Champion delivers fantastic results every time.
