The Everest Refrigeration EPPR2-D2 is a two-section drawered pizza prep table with the following dimensions: Height: 41.25″, Width: 71″, Depth: 36.5″. It offers a spacious 23.0 cubic feet capacity, making it suitable for storing and preparing pizza ingredientsThe prep table features self-contained side-mounted refrigeration for consistent and controlled temperature. The stainless steel top includes an opening for (9) 1/3 size pans and a 1/2-inch thick insulated top lid. It is equipped with (1) solid hinged door and (2) heavy-duty stainless steel drawers for storage.A 19-1/4-inch removable cutting board is provided for convenient pizza preparation, along with (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves for additional storage. Digital controls with an LED display make temperature monitoring and adjustment easy. The unit includes an auto-defrost feature to prevent frost buildup.Constructed with a stainless steel interior, front, top, and sides for durability and a professional appearance. The bottom and rear are made of galvanized steel. Leg stabilizers and (4) 5″ swivel casters, with (2) locking casters, ensure stability and mobility.It uses environmentally friendly R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant. In terms of power, it operates with 1/3 HP, running on 115v/60/1-ph power with 2.5 amps. It comes with a cord and a NEMA 5-15P plug.
