Description
CleanFreak Softwash System (300 PSI 11.5 GPM) w/ Comet P40 Pump & Electric Start 6.5 HP Vanguard Engine – WET-SW11300-CMT-SK
This CleanFreak softwash system utilizes low pressure with high volumes of water to safely clean the exterior surfaces of a residence or commercial building. This method also uses cleaning solutions to effectively kill mold, mildew, moss, bacteria, and other microorganisms. Typically, softwashing combines lots of water with bleach (the primary cleaning agent), and a surfactant (loosens up dirt, mold & other substances) to clean. It is quickly becoming an extremely popular way to clean the roof and other exterior surfaces of a building.
This softwash system comes mounted on a skid and can further be mounted to a trailer or truck. It has a flow rate of up to 11 GPM and a pressure of up to 300 PSI. It also has a longer pump life due to its chemical resistant components. The system comes with a Comet P40 diaphragm pump and is used for roof cleaning, residential & commercial softwashing, and high volume rinse applications.
Not only does the softwashing method clean surfaces, such as your roof, deck, patio, siding, or fence, safely and thoroughly, it also maintains paint and masonry longer.
The Comet P40 pump is powered by a 6.5 HP Vanguard engine from Briggs & Stratton that comes with an electric starter. This is typically started by a battery that can be protected by a small or large battery box, depending on the type of battery you want to use with your machine.
