The PLJI 102 offers industry-leading design and incredible flexibility. This island hood is part of our professional series and pulls a maximum of 1200 CFM, which will adapt to any cooking style. Enjoy high-heat Asian cooking, low-heat cooking, or anything in between. The hood features a sleek LCD touch control panel that allows you to easily adjust the blower speed based on your specific needs.

While you cook, turn on the long-lasting LED lights to help you see clearly. You’ll be done cooking in no time. It’s no extra work to clean – the stainless steel baffle filters are dishwasher-safe, so you won’t need to work hard scrubbing off tough grease.
