The duration of the warranty period is specified on the product packaging or in the product manual.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, or minor imperfections.

Repair and Replacement Terms
ePower Go. reserves the right to determine whether a product will be repaired or replaced.
Replacement products may be new or refurbished but will meet the original specifications.
Warranty coverage for replacement products continues for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the product for warranty evaluation.
If the claim is approved, ePower Go will cover the shipping costs to send the repaired or replacement product back to the customer.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. ePower Go. is not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages related to the use of our products.
