Thank you for ordering from Park Hill Collection. Please read the following policy carefully.
Our items are handcrafted and will contain variations in finish, texture and color. These are not considered flaws or defects but characteristics of the piece.
Inspect all cartons upon receipt and notate all damages/shortages on the delivery receipt.
Damaged items must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of goods. This is required if a freight claim is to be filed with the carrier by their deadline.
To initiate a claim, please contact Archic Furnit ure’s support lines via phone, live chat, or email. Please list the item number, quantity, invoice number and specific problem with the product along with your preference on replacing, crediting or discounting item.
Please note the Carrier’s Delivery Receipt accordingly at the time of delivery:
Excessive damage–Take photos, note damages on the delivery receipt and refuse with driver.
Visible damages–If there are visible damages that you are willing to accept, please note the damages on the delivery receipt.
Shortages–Note known shortages on the delivery receipt.
Concealed damages/driver did not allow inspection–Please note‘did not
inspect/suspect damages’ on delivery receipt.
Signing a delivery receipt without a pallet count or noted damages/shortages may result in denial of a claim.
If no pictures are received, your claim will be placed on hold until received.
Authorized returns should be returned in the original carton and packing. Unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and all freight.
After a Claims Specialist reviews your claim, they will contact you via phone or e-mail.
