Aardwolf Powered Counterbalance Crane with Lateral Movement - APCCL

Aardwolf Powered Counterbalance Crane with Lateral Movement

The Powered Counterbalance Crane with Lateral Movement has an adjustable boom to allow for maximum adjustment and versatility to lift a variety of loads. The boom is raised via a 12V battery-powered hydraulic pump. The boom also telescopes out for greater reach. The counterbalance design eliminates the need for front legs. This makes the unit easier to maneuver and allows the crane to reach tight, hard to reach areas.

Fitted with hard wearing, high-capacity nylon front wheels, this device can pick and carry loads and be pushed on a flat surface to transport materials on solid paved surfaces.

Features
  • Extra hydraulic cylinder for lateral movement of the front axil. An integral counterweight
  • An easy to operate hydraulically lifted extending boom
  • Folds down for easy transportation

Maintenance Tips
  • Inspect Regularly: Check the vacuum pads, seals, hoses, and lifting arms for wear, cracks, or damage before each use.

  • Clean After Use: Remove dust, debris, and moisture from the vacuum pads and lifting components to prevent buildup and maintain suction efficiency.

  • Test Vacuum Function: Ensure the vacuum system is operating correctly by checking the vacuum gauge and listening for any unusual noises.

  • Lubricate Moving Parts: Apply appropriate lubricant to any moving parts, such as pivot points and joints, to ensure smooth operation.

  • Check Air Supply: Ensure the compressed air supply is clean and dry to prevent contamination of the vacuum system.

  • Store Properly: When not in use, store the vacuum lifter in a dry, sheltered area to protect it from environmental damage.
