Maintenance Tips
  • Inspect Vacuum Pads Daily:
Check for cracks, hardening, or embedded debris on the suction pads. Clean with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner to maintain airtight contact and safe lifting.

  • Check Vacuum Seals and Connections:
Examine seals, hoses, and connections for any signs of wear, leaks, or damage. Replace immediately if compromised to ensure consistent suction performance.

  • Test Suction Before Each Use:
Engage the vacuum system and confirm it reaches and holds proper pressure. Monitor for any leaks or drop in suction during operation.

  • Examine Frame and Lifting Eye:
Inspect the structural frame, lifting eye, and handle components for cracks, rust, or fatigue. Tighten bolts and hardware as needed to maintain stability and safety.

  • Lubricate Moving Parts:
Apply a suitable lubricant to mechanical joints and rotating elements as per the manufacturer's guidelines to reduce wear and ensure smooth operation.

  • Follow Load Limit (150 kg):
Do not exceed the 150 kg rated capacity. Overloading can damage the unit and pose serious safety risks.

  • Clean After Use:
Wipe down the entire unit, especially vacuum pads and joints, after each use to prevent material buildup and maintain hygiene.

  • Store Properly:
Keep the lifter in a dry, clean area when not in use. Protect it from moisture, dust, and direct sunlight to extend its service life.
