MARS-2000 is powered by Electric Vehicle-grade LiFePO4 battery packs which have longer life spans and offer improved discharge and charge efficiency compared to Lithium Ion. In other words, putting the power station through one cycle a day, means 10 years lifespan. It also remains cool at room temperature due to its superior thermal and chemical stability and is made of non-toxic material.
