Auto-rising Dual Extruders 420 ℃
D1000 is embedded with a new smart auto-rising dual-extruder kit and hotend temperature up to 420 ℃. The hotend can quickly be replaced with a different size It is able to print not only large PLA +water solubility materials PVA for prototype with fastest speed, but also ABS, PC, Nylon, Carbon Fiber, Flexible and more high performance material for direct application. The dual-hotend is easy to maintain and affordable to replace.
Outage Restore & Filament Detection
The printer will automatically memorize the current position and save print data. Lower the platform and withdraw filament if it powers off suddenly. It will continue to print from the last stopped point once powered back on. No trace!
The printer will avoid invalid printing by stoping print and warning when filament runs out.
Linear rail and Servo motors
When it reachs to 1000mm+ length, the small rail will have big deflection. The D1000 accurate linear rail structure is very thick and strong. It won’t deform or lose precision.
With servo motors, timeliness, fast response, no inertia, no delay, and closed-loop control of position which solves the problem of missing a step. Heat and noise are significantly reduced. It gives print model ultra high performance with high speed.
Hot Chamber + Filament Dry Room
60°C hot chamber ensures print quality for high performance materials. The fully enclosed chamber can block all external interference. Also this frame can reduce noises at the same time to provide constant temperature, so that the model won't deform.
The filament dry room provides chamber temperatures of 45°C and 65°C to dry 2*5kg/roll filament like PLA, nylon, PC, ABS and other materials with water absorption.
Auto Leveling Platform
Use of 100 points through the high precision servo probe to save the level of platform flatness data at the initial, through the Z axis intelligent compensation table height in the printing process to achieve fully automatic leveling.
HEPA Air Filter
The air filter system can adsorb impurities and gases that generate by printing special filament like ABS, Nylon, PC. Overall, safer and more environmental protection which is more suitable for houses, schools, and office spaces.
Camera Control Technology

Warranty
CreatBot represents and warrants to the first End-User of original products that the products shall materially conform to CreatBot’s published specifications in effect as of the date of delivery, subject to the terms and conditions below.

6 months after date of delivery to first End-User.
Return Policy
CreatBot accepts returns on a very limited basis: for any electronic items, returns are only accepted on devices which have serious and irreversible quality defect problem, meanwhile, the End-User must apply for the returns within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

If returns or changes are acceptable by both, the brief return process will be as below:
Contact with our sales team to offer the photo to show the printer condition.
If printer condition is OK, we will refund you 30% of the money in advance.
Please ensure to use the original packing box it pack the printer p-4 rounded-lg bg-light border to avoid the damage of transportation, and return the machine by our appointed express.
Show us the tracking number, after confirming the tracking number, we will refund you 40% of the money.
After we receive the machine and confirm the printer condition, we will refund you the rest of 30%.
Exclusions
The warranty obligations do not cover physical damage sustained from improper handling during shipping as p-4 rounded-lg bg-light border as normal wear and tear in use of Product. The warranty shall be voided if alleged Product failure was caused in whole or part by: (i) unauthorized modifications, alterations or repair; (ii) parts or Consumables were installed and used that were not certified or approved by CreatBot or its designated representative, including without limitation the use of filament not from CreatBot; (iii) unusual physical or electrical stress; (iv) abuse, misuse, accident, neglect; (v) exposure to moisture, flooding, fire, electrical problems associated with incoming power or other acts not the fault of CreatBot; (vi) not adhering to CreatBot’s recommended maintenance procedures or failure to comply with Product instructions and/or documentation; (vii) to the extent allowed by applicable law, the Product has been removed from the country or region where it was originally sold by CreatBot or its designated representative. No coverage under the Warranty will exist if CreatBot was not notified of the alleged defect or malfunction prior to the expiration of the Warranty Period. CreatBot shall make the final determination as to the existence and cause of any alleged defect.
