This OPEN BOX Eco-Nova Elongated White has scratches on the underside of the bidet (where the mounting plate attaches) from a failed installation attempt.  Once installed, it looks completely new. The seat has never been plugged in to water or electricity and has never been used by an actual person for toileting.
