Baron 590 Pro

The Baron™ 590 features 820 sq. in. total cooking space including the stainless steel warming rack and includes a durable cast aluminum oven. It has 8 mm stainless steel cooking grids, a stainless steel Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system, 5 stainless steel Dual-Tube™ burners, stainless steel drop-down side shelves, and an enclosed cabinet base.

Therma-Cast™ Aluminum Cook box
  • Made from die-cast aluminum, these ovens are ultra-durable and provide excellent heat retention.
Stainless Steel Warming Rack
  • The grates on the Broil King® stainless steel warming run front-to-back instead of side-to-side, making it easier to slide your spatula under food. In addition, the raised back prevents food from falling off of the back of the warming rack.
Solid 8 MM Stainless Steel Cooking Grids
  • Broil King® 8 mm stainless steel rod grids provide excellent heat retention for improved searing performance. These grids are designed to maintain an ideal combination of food surface contact for searing and space that allows heat to radiate from the burner and Flav-R-Wave™.
