Identical to our Light & Smoke Signal but without the lighting system, this buoysmoke marker is required to be mounted on each bridge wing in its steel bracket. It can be positioned up to 60 meters above sea level, surpassing the SOLAS requirement of 30 meters. The device automatically deploys upon the release of the attached lifebuoy, ensuring immediate action during critical moments, and can also be manually deployed when necessary.
Ideal for marking the position of a man overboard during the day, this orange smoke signal offers visibility and reassurance in emergency situations. It is specifically designed to be attached to a 4 kg lifebuoy (not supplied) and provides a consistent 15-minute smoke signal to aid in the swift location and rescue of overboard personnel.
