• Regular Cleaning Schedule:

• Clean and sanitize the ice machine’s water system and storage bin at least every six months to prevent scale buildup and ensure sanitary ice production. 

• Cleaning Procedure:

• Remove all ice from the bin

• Press the “Clean” button; the yellow Clean light will blink, and the display will show “C”.

• When the display blinks “A d 1”, add the specified amount of Scotsman Clear 1 ice machine scale remover to the reservoir

• The machine will circulate the cleaner, then drain and flush it, a process taking approximately 35 minutes.
